What this page covers

This page describes the public SpendAssure website. Data shared during a pilot or an ongoing service is covered by the NDA and the data processing agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Until then, the website does not load the Google tag or send analytics measurements. Rejecting analytics leaves the website and downloads available. Advertising consent remains denied.

If you allow analytics, Google receives website measurement data, including page addresses and information about your browser and visits. Analytics uses cookies with names beginning _ga to recognise visits. See Google’s explanation of data from partner sites.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance disables further collection by this site, removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. It does not erase data already sent to Google.

Your acceptance or rejection is stored locally in this browser for 180 days. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page only. With JavaScript disabled, Analytics does not load.

Hosting and site assets

The site serves static pages and self-hosted fonts. Hosting access logs may record connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser user-agent and request time for operating and troubleshooting the service. These server requests occur independently of an analytics choice.

Email enquiries and downloads

Contact links open your email application. Messages to hello@spendassure.com are forwarded through OVHcloud to the Gmail inbox of an e.Lens co-founder so the enquiry can be answered. Your message and contact details are processed by those email services.

There is no contact-form database or sign-up requirement for templates. Please do not send API keys, prompts, customer datasets or sensitive production details in an enquiry.
